Expected Timeline: Most results are ready in 2-6 business days after blood draw. Some specialized tests — including certain hormone assays — can take up to 16 days. You will receive text message notifications when your test results start to become available. These notifications will be sent to the phone number linked to your Goodlabs account.
On the orders page, you can click on the "When long until I get my results?" button to see when you can expect your results to come in.

Step 1: Check Your Results Location

Log into app.goodlabs.com
Navigate to “Health” or "Add Results"
Results appear here first, usually within 2-4 days
You will also be notified via text message when your results become available.
Step 2: Troubleshoot Common Issues
"No Results After 7+ Days"
Most Common Causes:
Some tests can take up to 16 business days
Lab processing delays (holidays, high volume)
Specimen rejected (rare - you would be contacted)
Technical upload issue between lab and platform
"Partial Results Missing"
Why This Happens:
Different tests have different processing times
Some specialized tests take 4-6 days vs. standard 2-3 days
Tests may be batched and released separately

Basic panels (CBC, metabolic): 2-3 days
Some specialized tests and certain hormone assays: up to 16 days
General timeline for lab tests: 2-16 business days depending on test type and lab processing timelines.
Where can I find my blood type after donation?
If you donated through Vitalant, you can log into your Vitalant portal to see your blood type usually after 1 week post donation
Step 3: When to Contact Support
Contact Immediately If:
No results after 15 business days
Error messages when accessing results
Received notification but can't view results
