Link a Phone Number to Your Account

Delete a duplicate Goodlabs account so you can link your phone number to the correct account before ordering tests.

A common reason users delete an account is to free up a phone number that was accidentally linked to the wrong email address. Since each phone number can only be associated with one Goodlabs account, you may need to delete an old or incorrect account before you can proceed with ordering tests on your primary account.

Why Delete an Account?

If you receive an error stating that your phone number is already in use while trying to order a test or complete your profile, follow the steps below to delete the account currently holding that number.

How to Permanently Delete Your Account

⚠️ Warning: Deleting an account is permanent. All health data, biomarker history, and past order records associated with that specific email will be lost forever.

  • Log into the account

  • Go to My Profile (left sidebar)

  • Scroll down and tap Delete Account

  • Tap Request deletion code (a 6-digit code will be sent)

  • Enter the code, then confirm Delete My Account.

After that, log into your correct account using your email and add your phone number in My Profile (or during checkout).
