How to Find and Schedule at a Lab
After placing your order on GoodLabs, you can find a lab location through our booking tool:
Log in at app.goodlabs.com
Go to app.goodlabs.com/book-tests to browse available locations
Select a lab near you and schedule your appointment
Bring your GoodLabs requisition form to the appointment
Which Lab Partners Does GoodLabs Work With?
GoodLabs works with three major lab networks:
Quest Diagnostics — Available in most US states
LabCorp — Available in most US states as an alternative to Quest
BioReference — Required for customers in New York (Quest and LabCorp are not available directly to consumers in NY)
No Lab Locations Showing Near Me?
Our booking tool may not show every Quest or LabCorp location due to API limitations. If you don't see a convenient location, you have options:
Schedule directly with the lab: You can purchase your test through GoodLabs, then schedule your blood draw appointment directly with Quest or LabCorp through their own websites
Bring your GoodLabs requisition: When you schedule directly, just bring your GoodLabs requisition form to your appointment — the lab will process it the same way
Try a different lab network: If Quest locations aren't available near you, check LabCorp locations (or vice versa)
I'm in New York — Where Can I Go?
If you're in New York, Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp are not available directly to consumers. You'll need to use BioReference for your blood draw. Our booking tool will show BioReference locations for New York customers.
The Lab Location Was Closed When I Arrived
We're sorry about that. Unfortunately, lab locations (especially Quest) can close temporarily or permanently without notifying us. If this happens to you:
Contact our support team and we'll help you find an alternative location
We'll make it right — we typically offer a discount on your order or next purchase to compensate for the inconvenience
My Lab Is Inside a Store — How Do I Find It?
Some lab locations are located inside larger stores like Walmart, pharmacies, or medical office buildings. If you're having trouble finding the lab:
Check the address details in your appointment confirmation
Ask at the store's front desk or information counter
Look for signs for "Quest Diagnostics," "LabCorp," or "Laboratory" inside the building
Can I Use Any Quest or LabCorp Location?
Yes — you can visit any Quest or LabCorp location in the US (except New York, where you need BioReference). Just bring your GoodLabs requisition form. You don't have to use the specific location shown in our booking tool.
