I Can't Log In to My GoodLabs Account — Troubleshooting

Having trouble logging in or accessing your GoodLabs account? Here are the most common issues and how to fix them.

How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or it's not working:

  1. Click Log In

  2. Click Forgot Password

  3. Enter the email address you used to create your account

  4. Check your email for a password reset link

  5. Click the link and create a new password

Note: The reset link expires after a short time. If it's expired, request a new one.

I'm Getting an Error When I Try to Log In

If you see an error screen when logging in:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) or a private/incognito window

  • Try a different device (phone vs. computer)

  • Make sure you're going to the correct URL: app.goodlabs.com

  • Make sure you're using the same email address you used when you created your account

"There Is Already a User With This Email"

If you see this message when trying to create an account, it means an account already exists with that email address. You don't need to create a new account — instead:

  1. Go to the login page at app.goodlabs.com

  2. Try logging in with that email address

  3. If you don't remember your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it

Phone Verification Code Not Arriving

If you're not receiving the phone verification code:

  • Make sure you entered the correct phone number

  • Check that your phone can receive text messages (SMS)

  • Wait a minute or two — sometimes there's a short delay

  • Try requesting the code again

  • Make sure your phone isn't blocking messages from unknown numbers

If you still can't receive the code, contact our support team and we can help verify your account another way.

I Have Two Accounts / Duplicate Account

If you accidentally created two GoodLabs accounts:

  • Contact our support team with both email addresses

  • We'll help consolidate your accounts so all your orders and results are in one place

  • Do not try to delete an account on your own, as this could affect your stored results

My Data or Results Are Missing from My Account

If you log in and don't see your expected results or orders:

  • Check that you're logged into the right account — you may have used a different email address

  • Check your Health dashboard at app.goodlabs.com/biomarkers for your results

  • Check your Visits & Orders page for your order history

  • If results were previously visible and have disappeared, contact our support team immediately
