How Do I Upload Health Data or External Lab Results to My GoodLabs Account?

Can I Upload External Lab Results?

Yes — you can upload lab results from other providers (like Quest, LabCorp, or your doctor's office) to your Goodlabs Health dashboard. This lets you track all your biomarkers in one place, even tests you didn't order through Goodlabs.


How to Upload External Lab Results

  1. Go to the Add & Edit Results section

  2. Look for the Upload Report button

  3. Upload your lab report as a PDF, JPG, or PNG file

  4. Our system will extract the biomarker data from your report

Supported formats: PDF lab reports work best, JPG, PNG. Make sure the document is clear and legible.


What Happens After I Upload?

After uploading:

  • Your results will be parsed and added to your Health dashboard

  • Biomarkers will be matched to existing entries so you can see trends over time

  • Processing may take a few minutes

Note: If some biomarkers don't appear after uploading, the format of your report may not have been recognized. Contact our support team and we'll help get your data entered.


Can I Upload Other Health Records?

Currently, Goodlabs supports uploading lab results in PDF, JPG, and PNG format. Other health records (like imaging, doctor's notes, or prescription records) are not supported at this time.


How Do I Delete Uploaded Data?

If you accidentally uploaded incorrect results or want to remove data:

  1. Go to the Add & Edit Results section.

  2. Find the incorrect result you want to remove.

  3. Click the “Delete All” button to remove the entire result or you can also delete individual biomarkers one at a time if you only need to remove specific results.

  • Important: Be careful when deleting — results are stored as PDFs and removing them cannot always be undone


My Uploaded Results Aren't Showing Up

If your uploaded results don't appear on your dashboard:

  • Wait a few minutes — processing can take some time

  • Check that the file was a clear, legible PDF, JPG, or PNG

  • Make sure you're looking at the correct date range on your dashboard

  • If results still aren't showing, contact our support team with the file you uploaded and we'll troubleshoot
