Most lab results are available within 2 to 6 business days after your blood draw. Some specialized tests, especially hormone-related tests, may take up to 16 business days. Results are released as they are completed, so you may receive them in parts.

Your results will appear there as soon as they are received from the lab.

Why Your Results May Not Be Available Yet

Still within the normal timeline

Most results take 2 to 6 business days. If you are within this timeframe, your results are still being processed. To check, go to the Orders page, you can click on the "How long until I get my results?" button to see when you can expect your results to come in.

Some tests take longer

Specialized tests, including certain hormone panels, may take up to 16 business days due to additional processing requirements.

Results are released in parts

Different tests are completed at different times. It is normal to see partial results first, with remaining results added as they are finalized.

Lab processing delays

Delays may occur due to high volume, weekends, holidays, or additional verification steps.

Technical or upload issues

In rare cases, there may be a delay between the lab completing your test and the results appearing in your account.

Common Scenarios

I only received some of my results

This is normal. Results are released in batches, and remaining tests will appear once completed.

I received a notification but cannot see my results

Try the following:

  • Refresh the page

  • Log out and log back in

  • Check the correct section (Health or Add & Edit Results)

If the issue persists, contact support.

It has been more than 7 days

This may still be within the expected timeframe depending on the test type. Specialized tests take longer to process.

It has been more than 16 business days

This is outside the expected timeline. You should contact support with:

  • Your order confirmation number

  • Date of your blood draw

  • Specific tests you are waiting for

What Affects Result Timing

  • Type of test ordered

  • Lab processing time

  • Whether the test requires specialized analysis

  • Volume at the lab

Important Notes

  • You will receive notifications when results are ready

  • You do not need to request your results manually

  • Goodlabs does not delay results intentionally
