You pay for your lab tests upfront when placing your order. The price includes lab testing, physician-reviewed ordering, and your lab visit. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and receipts are available in your account for reimbursement purposes.

  • Payment timing: Paid at checkout

  • What’s included: Testing, order form, lab visit, results

  • HSA/FSA: Accepted

  • Receipts: Available in your account

  • Additional payments: None required at the lab

What Your Payment Covers

Your payment includes:

  • All lab testing and analysis

  • $12 lab fee per visit (blood draw collection)

  • Digital results delivery

  • Historical tracking in your dashboard

Important:

  • The price shown at checkout is the final price

HSA and FSA Payments

Using your HSA or FSA card

  • Use your card at checkout like a regular payment method

  • Transactions are processed immediately

If your HSA or FSA card is declined

  • Check your balance

  • Confirm the card is active and not expired

  • Some providers require pre-authorization

If needed:

  • Pay with a regular card

  • Submit for reimbursement later

Payment Issues

Charged more than once. This is often due to:

  • Authorization held by your bank

  • Pending vs. posted transactions

If you see multiple completed charges, contact support.

Payment failed

Common causes:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Incorrect billing details

  • Bank security blocks

Try:

  • Using a different card

  • Contacting your bank

  • Re-entering your payment details

HSA/FSA reimbursement

If you paid with a regular card:

  • Go to your Orders page, then download your receipt

  • Submit it to your HSA or FSA provider

  • Follow their reimbursement process

Coverage depends on your provider and plan.

Important Notes

  • Payment is required before scheduling your lab visit

  • You will not pay anything at the lab
