If you're looking to add a test to your order or change information on your order.
Adding a Test
At this time, we are unable to edit existing orders. However, you have two options:
Option 1: Create an Additional Order
1. Go to app.goodlabs.com/book-tests
2. Select the additional test(s) you want
3. Complete the new order
4. Bring both requisition forms to the lab
5. Let us know when you've placed the 2nd order and we will waive $8.50 of the lab draw fee on your second order
Option 2: Cancel and Reorder
1. Go to app.goodlabs.com/orders
2. Cancel your existing order (full refund provided)
3. Create a new order with all desired tests
4. Receive your new requisition form
Changing Name or Date of Birth
If you need to change your name or date of birth on an order, you will need to:
1. Cancel your existing order at app.goodlabs.com/orders
2. Update your account information in Settings
3. Place a new order with the correct information
