How to Add Tests to an Existing Order

Already placed an order but forgot to include a test? No problem -- you can add more tests to your order before your blood draw without paying an additional lab draw fee.

Step-by-Step

1. Go to "Visits & Orders"

From your account, navigate to the Visits and Orders section. Here you can review what's already in your current order and browse additional biomarkers to include.

2. Click "Add Tests tests"

3. Select the tests you want to add

Browse the available tests and click any you'd like to add. For example, if you already ordered Vitamin D and Hemoglobin A1b but forgot a CBC or HbA1c, you can select those here.

4. Review your additions

Newly added tests will be clearly flagged in your order summary. As long as you're adding to an existing order, there is no additional lab draw fee but there will be a telemedicine and requisition fee.

5. Checkout

Proceed to checkout and pay for the added tests. That's it.

At the Lab

After adding tests, you'll have two separate order forms -- one for your original order and one for the new tests.

Important: Bring both order forms to your appointment. The phlebotomist needs both to complete your full blood draw in a single visit.

Goodlabs works with Quest, LabCorp, and BioReference locations.

Changing Name or Date of Birth

If you need to change your name or date of birth on an order, you will need to:

1. Cancel your existing order at app.goodlabs.com/orders

2. Update your account information in Settings

3. Place a new order with the correct information
