How Do I Schedule or Reschedule My Lab Appointment?
Need to book a blood draw appointment or change an existing one? Here's how to schedule, reschedule, and manage your lab appointments with GoodLabs.
How to Schedule Your Appointment
After placing your order on GoodLabs:
Log in at app.goodlabs.com
Select your preferred lab partner (Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, or BioReference)
Choose a location and available time slot
Confirm your appointment
You can also schedule directly through the lab partner's website and bring your GoodLabs order form to the appointment.
How to Reschedule Your Appointment
If you need to change your appointment time:
Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp appointments: You can reschedule through the lab's website or by contacting them directly. You can also cancel and rebook through our booking tool.
Vitalant (blood donation) appointments: Contact our support team β Vitalant scheduling changes require coordination on our end, which may take a bit longer.
Do I Need to Reschedule If I Add Tests?
No β if you add tests to an existing order, your appointment time stays the same. Just make sure to bring both order forms to your appointment. The lab will process everything in a single blood draw.
Can I Walk In Without an Appointment?
This depends on the lab location:
Quest Diagnostics: Many Quest locations accept walk-ins, but wait times can be long. Scheduling an appointment is recommended.
LabCorp: Most LabCorp locations accept walk-ins. Appointments are preferred but not always required.
BioReference: Appointments are generally required.
Either way, make sure to bring your GoodLabs order form.
I Can't Find Available Appointment Times
If you're not seeing available time slots in our booking tool:
Try looking at locations a bit further from you β nearby locations may be fully booked
Check for availability on different days or times
You can schedule directly through Quest or LabCorp's website using your GoodLabs order form
Contact our support team if you need help finding a location
What Should I Bring to My Appointment?
When you go for your blood draw, make sure to bring:
Your GoodLabs order form (available in your account under Visits & Orders)
A valid photo ID
If you added tests to your order, bring all order forms
Important: Some tests require fasting. Check your order details for any fasting instructions before your appointment.
