Goodlabs offers a wide range of lab tests, including hormone, metabolic, and general health panels. You can choose individual tests or bundled panels, and you can request new tests by contacting support.

How to Choose the Right Tests

If you are unsure what to order:

  • Start with a comprehensive panel for a general overview

  • Add individual tests for specific concerns

  • Consider your health goals and symptoms

  • Consult a healthcare provider for medical guidance


Adding Tests to Your Order

You can add tests to your order as long as your blood has not been drawn yet.

To add it:

  • Go to Visits and Orders then open your upcoming order

  • Click Add Tests then select the additional test

  • Complete checkout

You will pay the test price plus a small processing fee (about $4), and there is no additional lab draw fee since it's combined into the same blood draw.

After you add the test, you'll have two order forms to bring to your appointment, and your appointment time stays the same. Just make sure to bring all your order forms to your appointment.


Test Details and Lab Information

Each test includes:

  • Specific biomarkers being measured

  • Reference ranges in your results

  • Lab processing through certified providers

All tests are processed by partner laboratories such as Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp.

Requesting New Tests

If a test is not available, you can request it.

To submit a request:

  • On the shop tests page, click the Request a Test button.

Evaluation typically considers:

  • Lab availability

  • Medical relevance

  • Technical feasibility

  • Partnership agreements

You may receive:

  • Confirmation if the test is added

  • A suggested alternative

  • Notification if the test is not available


Test Limitations and Availability

Test availability may vary based on:

  • Lab partner capabilities

  • State regulations

  • Location-specific restrictions

Some tests may not be available in certain regions.


If a Lab Cannot Perform Your Test

In rare cases, a lab may not be able to perform a test due to:

  • Sample issues

  • Lab limitations

  • Technical constraints

In these situations:

  • You may be offered a re-draw

  • Or receive a refund for the affected test


Multiple Orders or Visits

In some cases:

  • Tests may be completed across multiple orders

  • You may need to bring more than one lab order form

However:

  • Many tests can still be completed in a single visit


Adding External Lab Results

You can upload results from other providers to your account.

To add it:

This allows you to track all your health data in one place.

  • Some tests require fasting or specific preparation

  • Certain tests take longer to process than others

  • Availability may change over time
