Blood draw

  • Typically takes 5 to 10 minutes

  • Performed by trained professionals

  • You can communicate any concerns during the process


After the test

  • Apply pressure to the draw site

  • Keep the bandage on for a few hours

  • Avoid heavy lifting with that arm for 24 hours

  • Resume normal activities unless otherwise advised
