When refunds are eligible, how to request one, and what to expect for processing timelines.

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order before your blood draw and before any non-reversible work begins. Refunds are not available once a sample has been collected or lab processing has started.


  • Full refund: Available before blood draw and before processing begins

  • No refund: After blood draw or lab processing

  • Exceptions: Lab issues, duplicate charges, or service errors

  • Timeline: Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days


When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You may receive a full refund if:

  • You cancel your order before your blood draw

  • No lab processing or non-reversible work has started

  • The lab is unable to perform your test

  • There was a duplicate or incorrect charge


When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds are not provided if:

  • Your blood sample has already been collected

  • Lab processing has started

  • You completed your test but no longer want the results

This is because the service has already been delivered and costs have been incurred.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may apply if:

  • Part of your order cannot be completed

  • Certain tests were not performed

Eligibility depends on the specific situation and will be reviewed by the support team.


Lab and Processing Issues

If a lab is unable to perform your test due to:

  • Sample issues

  • Lab limitations

  • Technical constraints

You may be eligible for:

  • A refund for the affected test, or

  • A re-draw at no additional cost


Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly:

  • Contact support within 30 days

  • Provide details of the transaction

If confirmed, the incorrect amount will be refunded.


How to Request a Refund

Cancel through your account.

  1. Go to the Visits & Orders section

  2. Select your order

  3. Click Cancel


Refund Timeline

  • Request review: 1 to 2 business days

  • Processing: 3 to 5 business days

  • Bank posting: 5 to 10 business days

Actual timing may vary depending on your financial institution.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible

  • Initiating a chargeback may delay resolution

  • It is recommended to contact support first for faster assistance

Can I cancel after booking an appointment?

Yes. You can cancel your order at any time before your blood draw to be eligible for a refund.


What if I miss my appointment?

Missing or rescheduling an appointment does not cancel your order. Your order remains valid.
